Classic Mechanics Hall Wedding

I knew I was going to like Kara and Greg as soon as I met them at Starbucks. I was then able to learn their story, that they first met on the swim team at Brown University. As they described their plan for their Mechanics Hall wedding, I could tell right away that these two were meant for each other.

Kara and Greg’s classic Mechanics Hall wedding was nothing short of stunning. Kara and her bridesmaids toasted champagne, exchanged gifts, and got ready for the day in the dressing room used for shows at this concert hall. Kara’s cascading bouquet had a bit of a Princess Diana feel, and it was one of my favorite design elements. There were so many options for where to take portraits (I even got lost a few times in the maze of rooms) but we decided on the grand staircase. The couple said their vows in front of the stunning backdrop of the great hall and shared the grandest first dance I’ve ever seen.
