This West Palm Beach Lake Pavilion wedding was a beautiful day, from the start on Singer Island, to the church ceremony on Palm Beach island, to the reception in downtown West Palm Beach. I love the Lake Pavilion because it is really a blank slate venue that you can tailor to exactly the type of wedding you envision. It also has 2 walls of floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing a stunning view of the nearby courtyards and waterfront. There are many excellent locations nearby for photos with a variety of backdrops, which is another bonus.
Marie and Todd’s day started with the girls getting ready at the Marriott Ocean Pointe in Singer Island, while the guys got ready at Todd’s apartment in downtown West Palm Beach. After a “no look” first look (where they just touched hands without seeing each other) at the Worth Avenue clock tower, it was off to the church. The two became husband and wife after a beautiful mass at St. Edward’s church on Palm Beach island. While the guests headed over to cocktail hour, we took photos along the waterfront (at the very spot on the boardwalk where the couple shared their first kiss!) The reception followed at the West Palm Beach Lake Pavilion on South Flagler Drive. In typical Florida fashion, rain threatened during portrait time but held off until we were safe inside the Pavilion! Enjoy some photos from the day.
