Courtney and Ryan’s Gurnet Point wedding at a family home in the private area of Duxbury, MA was so fun and unique. Guests first met at the Duxbury beach parking lot where they were then able to get a bus out to the house on the Gurnet, a remote area at the very end of the long beach road. Courtney started by getting ready in the gorgeous master bedroom of the house which was all white with tons of windows, basically a photographer’s dream. We had their first look at a gorgeous overlook across the street on a bit of a cliff with Duxbury beach and Cape Cod bay in the background, and then took ATVs up the road to Gurnet lighthouse for the wedding party and family portraits. Then it was back to the house for an incredible ceremony overlooking the bayside. Guests gathered all around on several levels of the house to view the ceremony. Everyone was then able to mingle around the back patios of the property for cocktail hour, before retreating to a beautiful tent in the side yard for dinner, dancing, and merriment. We even had a few moments to sneak up to the crow’s nest for some sunset portraits. Enjoy some photos from the day below!
